About Lucy Dawson

Lucy doesn’t believe in something that doesn’t work or isn’t practical and is dedicated to making nutrition approachable and fun.  Lucy came into nutrition after her hobby got out of hand.  She then spent five years training at the Plaskett International Nutritional Medicine College, and Thames Valley University, where she gained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Medicine.  The experience changed her life, health and outlook forever!

Lucy currently practices all aspects of nutrition, with a particular interest in optimising digestion and preparing the body for pregnancy.  As a former England Youth Squad swimmer and occasional marathon runner, Lucy also has a natural interest in sports nutrition and supporting peak performance.

She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  She is a practitioner for Foresight, (the Association for the Promotion of Pre-Conceptual Care), Detox International, and Studio Australia in Barcelona.  She also provides nutritional advice for various personal trainers in and around the Salisbury area.

She regularly attends conferences and seminars presented by industry leaders in order to remain informed about the latest thinking in the field, current scientific analysis and new developments in the profession.

She currently practices in the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury, but is willing to travel upon request.
