Weight Loss Coach will teach you healthy ways of eating that is easy to adapt into your day-to-day lifestyle. You will gain the tools you need to make healthy choices and manage your weight – now and forever.
Weight Loss Coach is a two month, fully supported course of three one-to-one sessions – either face-to-face or by phone or Skype. In the first 30-minute session you’ll learn the most up-to-date science behind the best way to lose weight. There are two further 30-minute coaching sessions (at 4 and 8 weeks) to answer any questions, bolster motivation and help implement the system.
You’ll receive easy meal plans and delicious recipes on a weekly basis via email, which are tailored to your personal tastes and lifestyle, and unlimited email support for when you need a boost.
The plan works on the basis of 3 healthy meals and up to 2 snacks a day – no strange shakes or bars – just tasty, wholesome food.
